Nikki's New Lungs

11 years ago, I thought I would never ski again in my lifetime. Last week had been an absolutely unbelievable dream come true to spend days in the clouds with Travis on the slopes!! I am so lucky to share my life with this man!! Because of my double lung donor, Jacob, I have spent the last 3 1/2 years living without struggling to breathe. Even at a base elevation of 8155 feet I can take a DEEP breath of the clean crisp mountain air!
